Kanaly Trust Appoints Sharon Pearson as Chief Operating Officer

In her new position, Pearson will oversee all day-to-day operations at Kanaly. She will be responsible for the overall development, design and improvement of client service at the company.

“Sharon’s breadth of experience and strong leadership abilities, combined with her longevity with our company, make her an ideal fit for moving the company forward in accordance with our strategic plan,” Chairman and CEO Drew Kanaly said.

Pearson has been with Kanaly for over 12 years. She previously served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, a function she will continue to oversee.

Pearson is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), HR Houston, and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
