(HOUSTON) – Kanaly Trust Company has announced the appointment of Edward S. McCullough to its Board of Directors. McCullough will assume these new responsibilities starting in September.
McCullough is currently the Chairman of the Texas Children’s Hospital Foundation Board. He is retired from Vaughan, Nelson, Scarborough & McCullough, L.P., where he served as Managing Principal and President, CEO and Director of VNSM Trust Company. Prior to this, he was Founding Chairman and President of Breen Trust Company. During this time, he was also the Co-founder, President and CEO of Daniel Breen & Co., L.P.
“Mr. McCullough brings a wealth of experience in business and investment management to enhance our investment solutions in the future,” said Drew Kanaly, Chairman of the Board at Kanaly Trust Company.
McCullough is currently a member of the CFA Society of Houston and the CFA Institute. He was also Chairman of the Finance Committee for Christ Church Cathedral.
